In these sessions our staff will ask you some general questions to see whether we’re a good match for these services, and you can ask them general questions to help prepare for your time with the attorney. Our probate legal consultations with the attorney only costs the attorney’s hourly rate and we usually give more than an hour of attention, allowing us to assess the situation and provide helpful advice. If you end up hiring us, then we usually credit the fee toward your scope of work and we start the process in a timely and low out of pocket costs to get you appointed and in control of the estate assets.
