Peter graduated from the Arizona State University Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law. His work background is in Christian Ministry, Commercial/Residential Property Management, and Real Estate. He is passionate about protecting elders, helping families, and guarding your assets. Peter loves reading and researching, especially property law issues.
Vanessa Heins
Legal Assistant
Vanessa is married to Attorney Peter Heins and they started the firm together around the time their second child was born. Vanessa holds a Real Estate License and an Organizational Leadership Degree from BIOLA University. She oversees the firm's accounting which allows for more efficient systems. In addition, she is a liaison to other Real Estate Professionals who help clients with distressed and litigation property. She values spending time with her family, reading, producing music, and making homemade bread
Josue Chinchella

Josue is the Family & Juvenile Law Paralegal. He has been with the company since 2021 and is a proud Dog Father. Josue is a first-generation American citizen who legally immigrated to the U.S. from Honduras. In his free time, he cherishes spending time with family and friends.
