We offer free Estate Planning legal consultations with our attorney. For all other matters, we require $250 to reserve time with the attorney for legal advice. In some situations the attorney will credit your $250 toward a scope of work, if you hire us within a reasonable time decided after the consultation.
Only lawyers are qualified to give legal advice. Our staff does not provide legal advice. However, they are available for Information Inquiries.
If you pay and schedule with the attorney, we will quickly determine whether we are able to advise you on the matter. If we find out there is a conflict or some other reason we cannot provide you legal advice, then we will provide you with a full refund. However, you agree to pay the full fee once we start to listen to your issues in order to provide you legal advice.
This is not a “satisfaction contract.” You agree to pay regardless of advice you receive. That is to state, even if you do not agree with the attorney’s advice or learn you situation is not ideal, then you still agree to pay.
While we will do our best to provide you with legal solutions, you agree to pay even if we are unable to help you beyond the advice.
If you have to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so at least four (4) hours in advance so that we can fill the time with another party. We will provide a full refund if you cancel four (4) hours in advance. Otherwise, your refund is negotiable and you’ll need to work it out with the attorney. It is understandable that taking up a desired slot on a busy day is non-refundable because we could have received payment in that slot.
